Team Assessments
Individual and team assessments drive open discussion, foster connection, and enable action planning with research-based, data-driven tools. The most common assessments we use in executive team sessions are the DiSC Work Style Assessment and The Five Behaviors of a Team Assessment. Other assessments specific to managing conflict, communication, and managing change are also available.

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Assessment
This assessment developed from Patrick Lencioni’s research and book on team effectiveness, helps teams identify strengths, address opportunities, and develop actionable plans based on feedback and concrete data. Results include insights for improving effectiveness in each key behavior. An individual version is also available, providing personal strategies for enhancing team contribution.
Example: The Five Behaviors of a Team Assessment Results
Teams review summary data, discuss each behavior, explore root causes, and create action plans. This process fosters candid discussions about barriers to team effectiveness and identifies behaviors to sustain or change. We offer a unique approach integrating DiSC with The Five Behaviors, using a specialized report generated from team assessments.
